that good description of the scope based on the use cases is the main thing that is crucial for the success of any software development project.
It doesn’t matter in which form you’ll represent this description. There are only 2 necessary thing:
1) You must describe as much as possible use cases in a laconic form.
2) For each use case you must describe a set of requirements that completely cover that use case.
